Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori sheets
- 8 oz imitation crab
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 3 stalks green onions
- ½ cup tempura bits

Cook the 2 cups sushi rice according to package directions, then let it cool until just warm, about 10 minutes.

Mix the 0.5 cup mayonnaise and 2 tbsp sriracha in a small bowl until smooth; set aside.

Slice the 3 green onions thinly, and shred the 8 oz imitation crab into a bowl.

Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat, spread a thin layer of rice over it, leaving a 1-inch strip at the top edge.

Spread a line of the spicy mayo along the center, top with crab and a sprinkle of green onions, then roll tightly using the mat.
