Ingredients
- 2 slice bread slices
- 2 large eggs
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 cup, shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 6 whole cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 pinch salt

Cook the 4 bacon strips in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Crack the 2 eggs into the skillet and fry until the whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. Season with the pinch of salt.

Toast the 2 bread slices until golden and crisp. Place them on a baking sheet.

Top each toast with half of the crispy bacon and half of the 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Carefully place one fried egg on each toast. Drizzle with the 2 tbsp tomato sauce and scatter the 6 cherry tomatoes (halved) on top. Serve immediately.
