Ingredients
- 200 g dried pollock
- 200 g clams
- 150 g shrimp
- 3 stalks green onions
- 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 cups water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Soak dried pollock in cold water for 10 minutes, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a pot over medium heat, add garlic and gochugaru, stir for 1 minute.

Add water, gochujang, and salt, bring to a boil.

Add pollock, clams, and shrimp, simmer for 10 minutes until seafood is cooked.

Slice green onions diagonally and add to the stew, simmer for 2 more minutes.
