- 1.5 cups water
- ½ cup toor dal
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp sambar powder
- ¼ cup coconut milk

In a bowl, whisk 1 cup dosa mix with 1.5 cups water until smooth; let rest while you make sambar.

In a pot, combine 0.5 cup toor dal, 1 cup mixed vegetables, 2 tbsp sambar powder, and 2 cups water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until dal is soft and vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
