Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cumin seeds
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 4 green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering. Add 2 tbsp cumin seeds and toast, stirring, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add 1 lb sliced beef in a single layer. Sear without stirring for 1-2 minutes until browned, then stir-fry until just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 sliced bell pepper, 4 cut green onions, 1 tbsp minced ginger, and 3 minced garlic cloves. Stir-fry over high heat until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
