Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup fresh mint and lettuce leaves

In a bowl, toss the 1 lb beef with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 minced garlic cloves. Let it sit while you prep the onion.

Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add the 1 sliced onion and stir-fry until slightly softened, about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Add the beef to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear without stirring for 1-2 minutes until browned, then stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

Return the onion to the skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp soy sauce, and toss everything together for 1 minute until well combined.
