Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch

In a small bowl, whisk together the 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 2 tbsp water. Set aside.

Heat the 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the 4 cups broccoli florets and stir-fry until bright green and slightly tender, about 4 minutes. Remove to a plate.

Add the 1 lb ground beef to the same skillet. Cook, breaking it up, until browned and no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Add the 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Return the broccoli to the skillet. Pour in the sauce and stir everything together until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
