Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat, fresh or canned, drained
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 whole lime
- 2 whole eggs
- 1.5 cups steamed white rice

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Add curry powder and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 90 seconds.
