- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium carrot
- 50 g frozen peas
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large egg
- 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
