Ingredients

  • 8 oz udon noodles
  • 8 oz chicken breast
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Cook udon noodles according to package, then drain and pat dry.

    Slice chicken into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden.

    Add noodles and press down to form a flat cake; cook until crispy on bottom.

    Flip noodles and cook other side until crispy.
