Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ¾-inch cubes
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- ¾ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high until foaming, about 1 minute.

Add sweet potato cubes and spread in a single layer. Cook without stirring for 4 minutes until bottom edges brown.

Stir the potatoes and add remaining 2 tbsp butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Toss to coat, then cook 3 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add pecans and stir once more. Cook 1 minute until fragrant and pecans are warm.
