Ingredients

  • 1 ball (about 14 oz) store-bought pizza dough (room temperature)
  • 4 oz spicy salami, sliced thin
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, torn into bite-size pieces
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 475°F. Stretch dough on an oiled sheet pan until about 1/4 inch thick.

    Scatter salami slices and torn mozzarella evenly across the dough.

    Drizzle 2 tbsp olive oil over the top. Sprinkle red pepper flakes and minced garlic.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles at the edges.

    Remove from oven. Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil while still hot.
