Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough (room temperature)
  • 4 oz spicy salami or pepperoni, sliced thin
  • 1.5 cups whole milk mozzarella, shredded
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (optional, torn)

    Heat oven to 475°F. Brush a sheet pan with olive oil.
