Ingredients

  • 1 ball (or 2 naan) store-bought pizza dough or naan
  • 4 oz spicy salami, sliced thin
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Heat oven to 475°F. Brush a sheet pan with olive oil, then stretch pizza dough into a thin round and lay it flat.

    Scatter salami slices evenly over the dough, then top with shredded mozzarella in an even layer.

    Sprinkle red pepper flakes and a pinch of salt over the top, drizzle with a touch more olive oil if desired.
