Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought, thawed if frozen)
  • 4 oz spicy salami, sliced thin
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, torn into small pieces
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 5 leaves fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 475°F. Lightly oil a sheet pan or pizza stone.

    Stretch the pizza dough into a thin 12-inch round on the prepared pan.

    Scatter the salami evenly over the dough, then top with mozzarella pieces and red pepper flakes.

    Bake for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

    Drizzle with chili oil while still hot. Tear basil over the top if you have it.

    Let cool 1 minute, then slice and serve immediately.
