  • 3 cans (15 oz each) canned chickpeas, drained and patted dry
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

    Drain chickpeas in a colander, rinse under cold water, then pat completely dry with paper towels.

    Combine paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

    Toss dried chickpeas with olive oil and spice mix in a bowl until evenly coated.

    Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket; avoid crowding.

    Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until deeply golden and crispy.
