Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) canned chickpeas, drained and patted dry
  • 3 tbsp chili crisp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ whole lime (juiced)
  • 1 pinch each salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Pat chickpeas completely dry with a clean kitchen towel — moisture is the enemy of crispiness.

    Toss chickpeas with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.

    Spread on the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
