Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 16 count round dumpling wrappers (store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 2 tbsp black vinegar
  • 1 count scallion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. 1

Mix ground pork, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl until just combined.

  2. 2

Spoon 1 tsp filling onto the center of each dumpling wrapper, then fold in half and pinch edges to seal.

  3. 3

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

  4. 4

Place dumplings flat-side down in the skillet in a single layer without crowding (work in batches if needed).

  5. 5

Sear until the bottoms are golden and crispy, 3–4 minutes without moving. Serve immediately.

  6. 6

Drizzle with chili oil and black vinegar, scatter scallion on top.
