Ingredients
- 8 count spring roll wrappers
- 1.5 cups shredded cabbage
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 portion lettuce and cucumber (for serving)
