Ingredients

  • 8 sheets phyllo sheets, thawed if frozen
  • 1.5 cups feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 whole egg

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix feta, spinach, dill, and egg in a bowl until combined.

    Brush a 9x13-inch baking sheet with melted butter. Lay one phyllo sheet on top.

    Brush the phyllo with butter, then repeat: layer 3 more sheets, brushing each with butter.

    Spread feta mixture evenly over the phyllo. Top with remaining 4 sheets, brushing each with butter.
