Ingredients

  • 8 sheets phyllo sheets, thawed
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush a 9-inch square baking dish with melted butter.

    Mix feta, dill, and black pepper in a small bowl.

    Layer 4 phyllo sheets in the baking dish, brushing each one with melted butter as you lay it down.
