Ingredients
- 8 sheets phyllo dough (thawed)
- 1.5 cups feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup fresh dill and parsley, chopped
- 1 whole egg
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix feta, dill, parsley, egg, and pepper in a bowl until combined.

Place one phyllo sheet on a cutting board. Brush lightly with melted butter.

Cut the phyllo into 4 strips lengthwise. Place 1 tbsp filling on the lower left corner of each strip.

Fold the bottom-left corner up and to the right to form a triangle, then keep folding up until you reach the end of the strip.
