Ingredients

  • 6 sheets phyllo sheets (thawed if frozen)
  • 1.5 cups crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh mint or dill (chopped)
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix feta, mint, and pepper in a bowl until evenly combined.

    Brush a 9-inch baking dish or sheet pan with melted butter, coating the bottom and sides.

    Layer 3 phyllo sheets in the dish, brushing each with butter as you stack.

    Spread feta mixture evenly over the phyllo, leaving a thin border on all sides.
