Ingredients
- 2 rounds pita bread
- 4 cups, chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 medium, diced tomato
- 1 medium, diced cucumber
- 4 pieces, thinly sliced radish
- 1 piece lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 tsp sumac

Cut pita into bite-sized pieces. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering.

Add pita pieces to the skillet. Toast, stirring often, until golden and crispy, about 3–4 minutes.
