Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ medium yellow onion, finely diced
- 1.5 tsp Ethiopian berbere spice (or garam masala + cayenne)
- 12 count wonton wrappers
- 2 cups neutral oil for frying
- 2 cups heads of lettuce (romaine or iceberg), chopped
- ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
