Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 4 pieces pita bread

Instructions

    Slice chicken thighs into 1/4-inch-thick strips. Toss with paprika, cumin, 1 tsp salt, and black pepper.

    Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Working in batches, sear chicken 2 minutes per side until edges crisp and surface browns.

    Stir yogurt with 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until pourable.

    Thinly slice cucumber lengthwise into strips. Dice tomato into 1/2-inch chunks.
