Ingredients
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- 8 sheets phyllo sheets, thawed
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Mix feta, ricotta, dill, and black pepper in a bowl until combined.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay one phyllo sheet on a cutting board. Brush lightly with melted butter.

Spoon 2 tbsp cheese filling near the bottom-left corner. Fold the phyllo into a triangle, tucking and folding as you go.

Place triangle on the baking sheet, seam-side down. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and filling.
