Ingredients

  • 1 head (about 16 oz), cut into bite-sized pieces cauliflower florets
  • ¾ cup (jarred or homemade) buffalo sauce
  • 3 stalks, cut into sticks celery stalks
  • 2 medium, cut into sticks carrots
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp (for air fryer, or omit if using store-bought fried) neutral cooking oil

Instructions

    Pat cauliflower dry with paper towels, then toss with oil and a pinch of salt.

    Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until edges blacken.
