Ingredients
- 4 count frozen beef croquettes
- 2 count soft white bread rolls or brioche buns
- 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
- ⅓ cup dill pickle slices
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil
- ¼ tsp salt and pepper

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 1 minute.

Place frozen croquettes in the skillet and cook without moving for 3 minutes until golden brown on one side.

Flip the croquettes and cook another 3 minutes until crispy and heated through. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Butter and lightly toast the bread rolls in the same skillet, cut-side down, for 1 minute until golden.
