Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butter, for pan
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • ¼ cup buttery cookie crumbs (digestive or graham)

Instructions

    Heat oven to 450°F. Butter a 6-8 inch cast iron skillet or small baking dish.

    Whisk cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, egg, and vanilla until completely smooth with no lumps.
