Ingredients

  • 12 whole fresh jalapeños
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices bacon slices
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

    Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and white ribs with a small spoon, leaving a thin shell.

    Mix cream cheese and cheddar in a bowl until smooth. Spoon into each jalapeño half, filling generously.

    Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap one piece around each poppers, seam-side down. Arrange on the air fryer basket.

    Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese bubbles at the edges.

    Toss cabbage with 2 tbsp ranch dressing. Serve poppers hot alongside the slaw and remaining ranch for dipping.
