Ingredients

  • 8 whole fresh jalapeños
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 8 whole bacon strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

    Halve each jalapeño lengthwise and scrape out seeds and white membrane with a small spoon.

    Mix cream cheese and cheddar in a bowl until combined, then stuff each jalapeño half generously.

    Wrap one bacon strip tightly around each stuffed jalapeño half, tucking the end underneath.

    Arrange poppers seam-side down in an air fryer basket in a single layer, spacing them apart.

    Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese melts slightly at edges.
