Ingredients

  • 8 whole jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 8 slices bacon slices
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce, for serving

Instructions

    Position the oven rack 4 inches from the broiler. Line a sheet pan with foil.

    Spoon 1 tbsp cream cheese into each jalapeño half, filling the cavity generously.
