Ingredients

  • 8 whole jalapeño peppers
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 8 whole bacon strips
  • 2 cups arugula
  • ½ whole lemon

Instructions

    Halve jalapeños lengthwise and scrape out seeds with a small spoon.

    Mix softened cream cheese and cheddar in a small bowl until smooth.

    Spoon cheese mixture into each jalapeño half, filling generously.

    Wrap one bacon strip around each popper; place seam-side down in the air fryer.

    Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes until bacon is crispy and edges char slightly.
