Ingredients
- ½ head green cabbage
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 cup edamame, shelled and thawed
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black)

Slice cabbage thinly (about 1/8 inch) and place in a large bowl.

Julienne carrots into thin matchsticks and add to the bowl.

Add edamame to the bowl with cabbage and carrots.

Whisk sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce in a small bowl until combined.
