Ingredients
- 1 small head, about 1 lb napa cabbage
- 1 large carrot
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp, minced fresh ginger
- 1 to taste salt and pepper

Slice napa cabbage into thin ribbons, about 1/4 inch wide. Discard the core.
