Ingredients

  • 1 small head (about 8 oz) green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium carrots, julienned or grated
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

    Slice cabbage thinly. Peel and julienne carrots (or use a box grater).

    Combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
