Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced (or 1 tsp ground)

Cut pressed tofu into 0.75-inch cubes. Pat dry with a clean towel.

Toss tofu with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 380°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.

While tofu cooks, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger in a small bowl.
