Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp sesame oil

Instructions

    Drain tofu and wrap in a clean kitchen towel. Press gently for 2 minutes to remove excess moisture.

    Cut pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes. Toss with cornstarch until all pieces are evenly coated.

    Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

    Arrange tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

    Pour the glaze over tofu. Air fry for 3 more minutes until the coating glistens and edges darken slightly.
