Ingredients
- 14 oz firm tofu
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp sesame oil

Drain tofu and wrap in a clean kitchen towel. Press gently for 2 minutes to remove excess moisture.
