Ingredients
- 14 oz extra-firm tofu
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 whole scallions, sliced

Press tofu between paper towels with a heavy plate for 10 minutes to remove excess moisture.

Cut pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes. Toss with cornstarch and salt in a bowl until evenly coated.

Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced ginger, garlic, and honey in a small bowl until smooth.

Brush tofu cubes lightly with olive oil on all sides. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Edges should be golden and crispy.
