Ingredients

  • 1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

    Press tofu between paper towels for 5 minutes to remove excess moisture.

    Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes. Pat dry again with fresh paper towels.

    Toss tofu cubes with cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl until coated.

    In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar together.

    Spread tofu cubes in an air fryer basket in a single layer.

    Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until edges are golden and crispy.
