- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
