Ingredients
- 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on
- ½ cup sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 whole lemon (zested + juiced)
- 1 whole shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup crispy fried onions or panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter

Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Spread in a 10-inch skillet skin-side down.

Mix sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, shallot, and dill in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
