Ingredients

- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 to taste salt and pepper

Pat the 1.5 lb fish fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the 1 sliced onion and cook until soft and golden, about 5 minutes.
