Ingredients
- 2 pieces pork chops (boneless, 1-inch thick)
- 1.5 cups broken rice (com tam), cooked
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 large tomatoes, sliced
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Bring a small pot of salted water to boil. Gently lower in eggs and cook 6–7 minutes until whites are set but yolks still jiggle slightly.

Heat a skillet over medium-high until hot. Pat pork chops dry, season generously with salt and pepper, then sear 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

While pork cooks, whisk fish sauce with lime juice and 2 tbsp water in a small bowl. Set the dipping sauce aside.

Divide warm broken rice between two bowls. Top each with a pork chop, one soft-boiled egg, and sliced tomato.
