Ingredients
- 2 cups corn flour (masarepa)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ½ pound pork shoulder, cubed
- ½ pound chicken breast, cubed
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large pieces banana leaves
