Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1.75 cups milk
- 4 tbsp butter, melted

Preheat waffle iron on medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes until hot.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Whisk eggs and milk together in a separate bowl until combined.

Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients. Fold until just combined; batter should be slightly lumpy.

Lightly butter the waffle iron grids. Pour 3/4 cup batter into center.
