Ingredients

  • 2 shots (1.5 oz) espresso
  • 10 oz whole milk, cold
  • 1 tsp (optional) sugar or sweetener

Instructions

    Pull two espresso shots (1.5 oz total) into a cup.

    Steam milk in a metal pitcher until it reaches 150–155°F, tilting the pitcher to create a gentle whirlpool.

    Pour steamed milk into the espresso, holding back foam with a spoon, filling the cup about 3/4 full.

    Top with a thin layer of microfoam and serve immediately.
