Classic Chicken Club Sandwich

Ingredients
- ¾ lb cooked chicken breast, sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 6 strips bacon strips
- 6 slices bread, white or wheat
- 4 leaves lettuce, leaf or iceberg
- 1 whole tomato, medium
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel to cool, then break into pieces.

Warm chicken slices in the same skillet over medium heat, 2 minutes per side, until heated through.

Toast bread slices in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, 1-2 minutes per side.

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted slice. Layer one slice with lettuce, tomato, and half the chicken.

Top with second toast slice (mayo side down, mayo side up). Layer with remaining chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
