Ingredients
- 2 fillets anchovy fillets
- 1 clove garlic clove
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ cup Parmesan, grated, divided
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 cup croutons
